Participants of the conference may contribute to the program with talks and/or posters. Abstracts will be published in the Book of Abstract of the conference.
Authors of presented contributions may submit a manuscript for publication in a special issue of the Electronic Transactions on Numerical Analysis (ETNA) journal corresponding to the MSO Industry conference. The requirements for publication will be the same as that of the ETNA. Submission details will be announced during the conference.

APPLICATION

To apply for a contributed talk and/or poster, please fill in the Call for abstracts form.

Deadline: 25 September 2024.

Submitted abstracts will be reviewed continuously by the Scientific Committee, notifications of acceptance will be sent via e-mail. 

THEMES AND TOPICS

The contribution topics have to be in line with the conference scope, written in the section of the MSO-Industry Home. 

TALKS

There will be 3 types of talks on the conference:

- Keynote talks (45 minutes)

- Invited talks (30 minutes)

- Contributed talks (25 minutes)

Durations include 5 minutes Q&A.

POSTERS

Each participant of the conference may exhibit a poster about industrial MSO results, references, success stories or products for MSO.

Upon acceptance of the Scientific Committee posters will be exhibited during the conference in the networking area and can be used for discussions. There will be no dedicated poster session.

The printed posters must be written in English and submitted at the registration desk.

Please note that the optimal size for the printed posters is 1 meter wide and between 70-150 cm in height. We kindly request that the posters be printed on sturdy paper or foam PVC board, if possible. Additionally, please note that the top of the poster will need to be perforated. If you choose hard paper, we will need to punch holes in it, as the posters will be suspended for display.
